Mixed Media Art with Rita Marie

A Creative Lovely Workshop! In this workshop you will be working with me on a downloaded sketch which is included. We will be transforming her into a lovely Girl on her way to see the world. As this picture develops we will learn together where we want her to go. She's a girl ahead of her times, and fears only boundaries. She's looking to the air for her adventure and escape from the mundane world she was living in. She has a passion for adventure, new experiences, exotic places and maybe even finding the love of her life.

On this creative adventure we will be playing with many different mediums, acrylics, color pencils, papers, markers, etc. All my workshops are a spontaneous creative form of teaching, I do not rehearse or pre-make my artwork prior to the workshop...I want you to be with me as this picture unfolds into what it finally becomes.

My workshops are fun and very easy to complete. They are great for beginners wanting to learn how to use different mediums, and experiment with the releasing of boundaries. This workshop is also great for the artist who just wants to try something different. But the most important and amazing ingredient for this workshop, and any of my other workshops, is your imagination. If you bring that along, you are sure to have a fun creative journey. I try my best to share with you my imagination, and what I am thinking a long the way. My hope is that I can inspire you to create something beyond your dreams.

The important thing is to have fun and not worry about what happens as you create...because surprises are waiting for you in every creative journey you take into mixed media.
